Short Term Rental Investment Firm

Short-term rental partnerships for high earners.

Elk Ridge works with high-income W-2 and 1099 earners through short-term rental partnerships, with Elk Ridge supporting the work and partners taking an active role.

Our story

Why Elk Ridge exists.

Elk Ridge started from a simple observation: owning an income-producing business takes time most professionals don’t have.

To address the demands of property ownership, Elk Ridge handles much of the work behind short-term rentals, from sourcing properties and structuring financing to furnishing homes and coordinating ongoing operations. While clients maintain an active role in the partnership, Elk Ridge’s support helps reduce the operational demands of property ownership.
